I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days prior to your appointment day. If you do not contact me in the time frame asked you may be charged a cancellation/no-show fee. This fee is half of what your booked service price is. (e.g. If your service is $100 the cancellation/no-show fee would be $50) This fee will be charged to your card on file, if declined the fee MUST be paid before any appointments will be rescheduled. If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment and your eta was not communicated you will also be charge and marked as a no show. I do understand emergencies come up, there will be an exception for those and you will not be charged if the emergency is communicated to me. If you no show 2 appointment you will need to pay in full for your service before your appointment is rescheduled. If you do not show to the 3rd appointment you will be charged for your appointment in full, and I will no longer book you for services in the future. Please understand the purpose of this policy is to recoup loss revenue, I greatly appreciate the support of all my clients and their time. Please contact me for any questions or if you need help.
